>>I have seen several demo's similar to the google demo. The issue of data entry (as I know it today) is still not done without the assist of a keyboard. Names, addresses, are a problem. It took longer to correct the entry after using voice than it took to enter it via keyboard.

Yep, but in 2015 I'd say there ought to be better way than typing in names and addresses. Devices can talk to each other via NFC, even open electronic doors... so why can't names and addresses be transmitted electronically? Once everybody has a device, these things will become obvious and taken for granted.

>>If it becomes possible to search voice data and use the returned data to provide information and I'm able to use the information to process some activity - like reports, emails, purchase orders, sales orders then we can talk. Without that there is little voice provides business today.

Actually there's a huge transcription market out there still and enormous queryable data still in freeform text ...
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
