Buuut, when executed it generates one of those unrecoverable program errors that say nothing and kills the process.(lovely) When debugged through the C++ debugger error message it says Fox Pro had a C0000000005. Anybody know what that means or how these strings of numbers are supposed to be interpreted?

Eric,
C0000000005 is a GPF, meaning that memory has been clobbered and there is no way to find out exactly what happened. The common causes of this error are video driver and printer driver misbehavior among other things.
