i went to an MS ActiveX site and download some components i.e.

surround video
futurewave animation

ActiveX is an OCX (therefore OLE?) file in \windows\occache

but when i tried to use it on a form in an ole container i get all sort of error messages.

btw you'll notice at the MS ActiveX site most components are tested for Internet Explorer and VBScript - no Visual Foxpro!
