The .mpr file is generated for project's use and deleted afterwards when you build it, independent of the existence of the .mpr file. You may get this message while testing the .app in VFP, if you never activated the Generate option in Menu designer, and (independent of this) it may still work in the exe. Check for the existence of the .mpr, and make sure it's in your app's path.

I was teaching my guys some VFP today, and we've had exactly the same message ("File mojmeni.mpr not found").
