Hi everybody,

First of all, I'd like to verify the max length of the tooltiptext. I've checked the Help, but see nothing there in regards to max length.

Secondly, I have a column with the expression

LEFT(myTable.reason, 254)

I'd like the tooltip to show the whole reason (which is a memo column). Right now tooltip shows nothing although it does show the column's value for all other columns when the width is not enough to show whole content. I've tried to set ToolTip to be =myTable.reason in the property sheet but I still saw nothing.

Do you know what should I do to have that column to show full reason as a tooltip?
