So, I can not make it to work :( I've tried setting the ToolTipText for a column to just word 'Test'. I've tried it for the reason column and for another column. For the reason column I still see nothing. For the other column (which is datetime column) I see the actual datetime and not the word Test. So, it looks like the only tooltip I can get to show is the actual column's content when the width is not wide enough. However, it doesn't seem to work when there is an expression in the column's ControlSource.

So, the question is - how to make the column to show the tooltip and not the column's value if tooltip is specified?

Thanks again.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
