Hi Michel,

Responsive design is a big topic, unable to be addressed through a few CSS changes. Responsive images (see GRUNT for an example), Responsive Typography (see LESS for an example), and the ever-changing CSS tags associated with Responsive elements add up to information overload for developers (which is why designers do most of this work). Add Smashing Magazine to your Feedly to take the medicine in small (and useful) doses.

The reason to use a framework like Bootstrap is to have innovation into the codebase done for you: it's a constant process.

And then there's the data-binding for dynamic pages.

It's an interesting field of endeavor, all by itself.

Hank

PS: if you want to set up a responsive site with no effort, check out SquareSpace. There are others, but their theming etc. is very nice, and adjustable both through attributes and code, if you want to dig deeper.

The page does not look like the Web site but looks like an app. It has the iPhone regular little square for the menu which offers available choices and so on. However, this is not an app I had to install. How are they doing it?
