I am getting this error. Visual FoxPro cannot start. Could not load resources.

I could not uninstall VFP either. I have tried a repair and overwriting the current installation, but the VFP start error is still in place.

I have Windows 8.1, which recently was infected. After 441 updates from MS and scanning for malware and virus, Windows seems to be stable(ish)

Any help appreciated.

Update
Trying to run VFP generates the error, but foxcode runs and looks like VFP. A project can be created.
