Add to that his defeats in federal court on his immigration orders, and you have a president with much higher rate of judicial loss than either Bush or Clinton. Would you expect this from a man who is supposedly a constitutional scholar???

No question there.
The good news: Last week I proudly watched Dillon McNamara Fitzgerald, my grandson and an outstanding young man, graduate from the same school (sigh) that produced sorry Sam Alito with honors.
The bad news: as you point out more than half the class graduated with honors.
School boards and school administrators are among the most corrupt people in our society.. but that's off point.
