I'm to the point where I'll only drink Guinness or Newcastle or a Porter/Stout. If a restaurant doesn't have those, I'll just order ginger ale.

I don't know if I've mentioned this - I found a really good Oatmeal Stout that's made in California. It's called Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout, made by the Anderson Valley Brewing Company. It's hard to imagine something better than Guinness but this stuff is just as good.

Had an awesome Fourth of July dinner. Our grill is messed up, have to buy a new one, so we want to Tony Roma's for dinner. I'd never been there before. Holy cow, their food is unbelievable. I had two filet medallions and a half a rack of baby backs and Guinness - might have been one of the best restaurant dinners I've ever had.
