While the driver model has remained the same since Vista, hardware specs change every year or two. I don't know if there was much change for Windows 8.x, but there are some changes for Win10. Old hardware and drivers *should* work. http://pctechmag.com/2015/03/heres-the-hardware-specs-youll-need-for-windows-10/
