By "when" I was talking about what year, not how old you were. Doing all this in the 70's was simple easy. Doing it in 2015 it's almost impossible.

And yet there are some young people who are actually doing it. We just sold our house to a young couple in their late 20's. They have A+ credit and the deal is about to close. It is 2015 and yet, here you are making a good living. If you can do it, don't you think that any one else can do it?
