There is no way you could expect someone to be able to pull that off in this day and age. Maybe having everyone pay their fair share - the large corps and people with a billion dollars that don't pay any taxes at all could flip the bill so kids today have free college. Bernie Sanders has a plan for this. And the reason "these people" can't be expected to succeed is because they don't have a snowball's chance in hell with the things the way they are now. Again - I'm not saying it's impossible, just very unlikely.
