Yes. Interestingly, there is already one critical, out-of-band patch for Windows that should be applied now: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2015/07/20/windows_microsoft_emergency_patch/ . But, that one is not available for Server 2003.

Also interestingly, MS has set Windows 10 end-of-life at 2025.10.14: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2015/07/20/windows_10_support_lifecycle_announced/
