It's over 100 in Texas where my daughter is staying for a week or ten to pursue her sporting interests. She's staying by a golf course and at the weekend somebody successfully holed an upstairs window, making it difficult to air condition the place effectively. Since you're building- now might be a good time to consider laminated glass on the facing side if you're anywhere near the golf course. ;-)
