Didn't think you where racist Marcia but it is an indication of the gulf in society that the well off people choosing to move to these places are overwhelmingly white.

I really don't know. It could be that old white people are more interested in retiring to a community that has things like golf courses, fitness centers and clubs than old black people are. My black neighbors in Akron were pretty well off and could afford to move to HSV if they wanted to.
