For over 5 years we have been hosting a web application with host-it.co.uk. Recently they upgraded their server with no notice at all.
My following email to them was sent to them after receiving the attachment with this post.
On reading this is there anyone who UK based who could help us look at the problem?

On 19th July I had the first indication that you were making any changes to our use of your services when I received a message from you entitled "Your Hosting Migration has completed!" but thiis was in connection with northwayweb.co.uk
We had NO warning whatsoever of changes to gomslego.co.uk. And yet you changed the IP address and the FTP user name and login without informing us and even when we received these detail our website on gomslego.co.uk does not work.
We are likely to loose a very important client spending many thousands of £ per annum if we do not resolve the problem quickly, and I am under pressure from Global Options management to explore claims for compensation if we do not get a speedy resolution to this problem.
Please escalate this matter to the top of your company so that we can reach a postive and speedy answer.
