Documentation says there are two Temp folders. One is c:\Windows\Temp and the other is the user's Temp folder.

Some users are changing their OS configuration so both directory are one.

Documentation says that those two can be emptied.

Disk Cleanup does not empty c:\Windows\Temp. Does this mean the only way to clear that one is to do it manually, which means it is ok to do that?
