Not a good idea -- that allows malware to infect the EXE and DLLs in that folder, even when running with minimal privileges. A better idea is to install VFP in Program Files like the default suggests and then install Thor and other VFP add-ons in writable folders that either aren't subdirectories of the VFP folder but somewhere else (which is what I do) or create a new folder under VFP and make that folder writable, not the VFP folder.
