The original command, only considering the company approach, takes 8 minutes and 34 seconds. This covers pretty much all the records as I have a company in most of them.

If I execute another command just for the research approach, it takes 1 minutes and 17 seconds. This is faster as the research mode is only used in a few records.

Being executed separately is executing the update of the data in a norma timeframe. When being put in one command, the command never finishes.
