If I establish a command button to handle the page activation, then everything appears fine. I figure it must be related to the fact that the page activation was occurring within the checkbox control's InteractiveChange.

The page activation works fine - however, a ghost image of the checkbox shows up on the newly activated page. If I switch pages, it's gone. If I expand and collapse a combobox on the new page, the part of the checkbox that is covered by the dropdown then disappears.
