So, last week during maintenance (all users out of foxpro applications) we force a cluster failover while we kept some foxpro applications running in both Windows 8 and 7 machines, after the failover all foxpro applications running on Windows 7 were dead while the ones on windows 8 continued working without any apparent issue. Of course this was a very simplistic test, and we were not updating any tables, but the results were promising, next maintenance we might try again this time writing (from windows 8) to non production tables to see what happens
