My hopes regarding this phrase are that:
a. nobody actually paid someone real money (or even Monopoly money) to write it.
b. the person who wrote it had been challenged to write the worst conceivable phrase, and did it splendidly.
c. the person who wrote it has changed careers and is now writing menus for Applebee's.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
