There's a report out today that 21 of the 23 co-op health insurers (set up under ACA) are losing money (some are really bleeding financially) and it looks like a substantial portion of the 2.4 billion in federal loans might go unpaid.
Enrollment in 13 of the 23 is below projections.. Surprise, surprise.
Kentucky's alone has lost 50 million. Somewhere, the folks who used to work at Solyndra and A1 aren't feeling so lonely anymore. :)
what's really funny is the spin that HHS and CMS are trying to put on the news.
Must be real fun to be working at HHS right now....you've got this, plus the recent news on Planned Parenthood.
All I can say is that I am glad that I am an old fart without any kids....
