I did hear that Eric Berry is cleared to practice. He was a physical beast before he got very sick but I don't know what he'll be like this year. But if he is healthy, he and Justin Houston and Tamba Hali should be able to head up a very good defense.

Last year was so bitter-sweet....victories over both teams that went to the Super Bowl, but no post-season birth because of terrible losses to the Titans and the Raiders.
