I'm not a medical scientist and so I can't say with certainty if this article is accurate - if this is indeed true, it would certainly open up some discussions. I realize that articles from the Federalist are usually very pro-life and articles from Slate are going to have a different take - I'm not sure if there's such a thing as a pure objective scientific approach on this topic.

I lost my mother to a horrible neurological disorder with no cure, so I'm all for the necessary research. But there is a major to question to be asked here - it's the one I raised the other day....and that is what these Stem companies mean when they say the receive fetuses "fully intact", given that drugs such as Digoxin could not have been part of the equation because they render the fetal stem cells unusable.

I realize the emotions and ramifications of all of this are enormously complex. But silence and even wishing this away only leads to scenarios like the Kermit Gosnell situation (which, ironically, PP was partly implicated in)
