Well I know that you know that I know that there must be problems. This is not the point. We count as professionals. I would not let tiny weak install a new OS over an old. I'm sure you will have a backup of your comp infront of updating it. But the common user? Does he even own an external drive?
The point is that tiny weak claims to test anybodys comp and grant that it works - what it does not. So what is worth it? It needs to be pointed out that all bubble that it will ultimatly work is wrong. If it ends up that somebody at least gets the idea of backup some use is done.

And that I do not trust a alien company with my data, knowing that alien agencies will use that data (and we know that tiny weak is unable to say anything about is by alien law) is clear as blue sky.

There is no need to discuss other corporations behaviour. But if you like Let's say we know what google is doing and tiny weak acts more and more like google. (Typical tiny weak by the way. Stealing others business ideas and vaporware) Should we be happy? On wich place does google anything else then using our data for its own business? Where is the difference (Don't come up with details, think in general ways). And I don't pay googles service in any other way They will trace the inavoidable, but not a bit more. Tiny weak has recieved enough of may money the direct way. And now they rob me again.

Argh. the millions of beta testers that had there beta windows installed over there living system each time tiny weak pushed out a new update. What ever they had tested, it's not that part. And if you do not understand that now everybody is a beta tester, because tinyweak will force you to there changes I can not help you. See how the corporates can stay ehind the general audience for that updates. What do you think is the sence? It forces you to test. But then, this is a deed a beliver will do, I guess.

No sentence on your dealing with minorities?

>You are WAY out of touch on this issue. There were over a million beta testers for Windows 10. It's literally impossible to find every possible bug in the system.
>
>I guarantee Google is collecting far more information about people than any other company. They've admitted to much of it. Microsoft requires every employee to take privacy training every year. I'll give you an example. My contact information the MVP program cannot be seen by any other group inside Microsoft unless I allow it.

>If you don't like what Microsoft is doing, you don't have to use them. There are lots of other options.

>>What a nonsense.

>>MS, firsthand spying on the comps they like to infect with there new "OS", is not able to detect the problems? What do they gather the data for? They are to foolish to say, hey that's unknown, watch out? A simple this-is-not-in-the-test-list comparison? And you realy trust such keyboard chair interfaces?
>>
>>No. It's intended. They willing let users run into the problem. That is there way of testing. This is the [snip ]test system with thousands if not tens or hundreds of thousands of possible configurations[/snip]. You will never understand this. System for free? TANSTAAFL!
>>
>>The link points the right way. MS is cheating. And everybody how runs for the hype is warned. This is better information then MS gives at least. All the ... little details where and when MS is spying, charging extra for stuff you owned with previous OS MS is very quiet about.
>>Are can you point me to the colorfull MS promotion that say,
>>-Hey, we now own the right to trace every keypress, store your paswords in our obscure unsafe ways [to make it more easy for the folks we are not allowed to talk about], but for that you have to pay for Solitaire now? (We need the money we spend for the services back, you will understand)
>>-Well, there is a switch six ugly metro screens deep buried to choose your own browser - are we cool yet?
>>-We use stupid words you need a PHD to understand for our spy settings you may turn off (if you trust we respect the switch?) [And belive me, translating it out of english makes it not better.]
>>-Cool, we use your comp as our update server now. Saves us endless amount off money. What do we care on your business if you run out of online time. Thanks for it, your power consumption and our revenue! (Or should we calcuate the wear to your hardware too? It scales up!)
>>
>>
>>And I'm realy concerned about your idea on minority problems.
>>If it happens to around 1E-8 of the population (murdered by police for not leaving the car) is realy minor, right? It's less then the computers affected. What is the correct way to respond it? A single letter sized placard at a restroom in Maupin City Park? (No bad words against Maupin. Kids still worship our dinner there)
>>What do you think one should do to bring stuff to greater audience? Scientific article? In a country where the time-between-commercials is counted in seconds? Do we share the same planet?
>>It sounds more that you let MS do there lies while you deny the same for the ones that do not worship the corporation.
