At the very most, she could get an indictment and wind up being charged with a misdemeanor.

Historically, the DOJ has been extremely stern with the intelligence committee for any mishandling of classified information. In 2009, the president identified about 20 people as ones who were intimately trusted with classified information, and she was one of them. So this possible excuse of, "any classified markings were removed" is not an excuse at all. Her position, as such, was one where she should have recognized classified information.

There's no proof (at least not at present) of any intentional, willful criminal action. But that hasn't mattered to the DOJ in the past.

It is certainly interesting to learn the "why" on why she would choose a small place like Platte River Network to manage her servers. They weren't cleared to handle classified information (not was her attorney). These are criminal misdemeanors, plain and simple and beyond dispute. The question is whether the DOJ will indict, as even a criminal misdemeanor will mean the end of her campaign. She brought this ALL on herself, and even her own party is running scared and also astonished at her incredible arrogance and sense of entitlement and her terrible way of handling this situation.
