Start typing a line, and as soon as you type a quote, look at the result. When it does that, it fixes all the rest of the code as it sees fit. And, this should not.

I am still trying to turn that one off. I cannot find a setting for that.

There used to be an option "Disable Error Reporting". This is gone.
