Bill - five years or so ago, I would have said the same thing. Then I saw Rick Borup give a session about Mercurial and for the first time, I saw version control software that didn't seem like more trouble than it's worth. Now I keep all my client work, plus several other things such as my non-profit's website and the speaker and session data for SWFox in it. It has more than paid for the time I invested in learning how to use it.
