A Linq way:
foreach (Control c in parentForm.Controls.Where(x=>x is TextBox))

I couldn't think of this syntax.
((TextBox)c).CharacterCasing = CharacterCasing.Upper;
The one I used worked but I prefer this one and I substituted it.
