I suppose if you present it as the typical "good news" and "bad news" story:
After hearing many complaints about the "call home" and "data slurping" "features" of Windows 10, with users saying it's not the same as Windows 7 and Windows 8, Microsoft has made an effort to address this issues. Good news is that after these updates are installed, Windows 10 behavior is NOT different from the behavior of Windows 7 and Windows 8. Bad news is that they patched Windows 7 and Windows 8 to behave the same as Windows 10.
