>In Windows 10 I often get some messages in the right corner on the screen. I also get some messages in Visual Studio 2015. The problem is that these messages appear very quickly and then disappear and I don't have time to react. I need to somehow re-read these messages slowly (especially the one in VS that refers to some XML log file). How can I get to these messages again?

Many of those types of messages are designed to persist if you mouseover them and while you leave the mouse pointer on them.

If the messages are from Windows, you could check in the Windows Event logs. For other applications look at their respective logs. If you can't find those logs Google for their default location.
