Here is a few things you can try, if you haven't already:
erase the dkcontrol.dbf before running wiz. In step 5 of wiz, don't mark the *Dir Only* radio button (this will create it every time). In step 6 of wiz, uncheck the PM box, re add the check, repoint the Icon file name.
