Here's a strange stat. KC is 1-1. Unless my memory is bad, the last time KC started 1-1 was in 2002. So until last night, for over a decade they've started either 2-0 or 0-2.

I don't ever recall feeling this discouraged after a single early season game. But two red-zone turnovers and then a turnover that led to a TD.

If you had told me before the game that Jamaal Charles would run for 121 yards, that KC would intercept Peyton for a TD, and that Peyton would finish with a rating under 90, I would have bet money on KC.
