Is there a way that our program, while running in a terminal server session, can find out information about the PC that connected to that session? Things such as CPU number, motherboard number, etc.?

I agree with Brandon. Also, if you are selling your app by a number of seats, you can limit how many users currently are connected. Then, it does not matter from what PC they connect, as long as you can limit the number.
