What about skipping the antivirus? They are to slow for anything recent. Nowadays they act more like a backdoor, skim your data and the last was that AVG ist starting to sell costumers data.
If you are using WIN10 there is no need for extra malware, it's skimming your data anyway. Aka keylogger, backdoor.
Anyway, you seem to have to many of them running.
I use defender only, it works well enough
Some self limitations:
No HTML mail, Ad Blocker for the browser and self control on the pages I surf to. Seems to work, at least the last offline scan brought only some strange mails in a not compressed e mail foilder.
