>It's sad that it's hard to pick the dumbest thing said during this election. Watching Jeb say "my brother kept us safe. remember the ruble?" during the debate made me want to puke. The fact that none of the other candidates jumped on that was shocking. Like how can he say his brother kept us safe and then mention the giant pile of rubble in NYC that happened on his watch in the same breath and actually get away with it?

>Ummm. Actually, Bill Clinton's actions were more responsible for the attack on the work trade center than GWB's (and I was no big Bush fan either). He could have killed Bin Laden and didn't. This is what slick Willy had to say:

>“I nearly got him,” he said, “and I could have killed him; but I would have had to destroy a little town called Kandahar in Afghanistan and kill 300 innocent children. And then I would have been no better than him; so I didn’t do it.”

It is scary that you see something wrong in those words.
