Hi Bill,

I'm sorry for that. Now you can see one possible benefit that could have using Source Control and checking-in frequently. You only loose up to the last checkin, and this is faster and cleaner than making copies out there.

Appart from that, you can inspect the TEMP folder ordering by date/time, may be one of the TMP files have a copy of your SCT with the methods.
