In addition to the phenomenon Tore and others describe, Just having the vcx open with edit entries perhaps not flushed and debugging in another session may be enough later on to create the empty memos. Do not spend more than 30 min on searching/reactivating deleted lines in a vcx browse - recreating the loss should take only 25-33% of previous time.
>If you have two (or more) VFP sessions active on your machine, make sure NOT to open the same form or class more than once. If you edit something in one session, the other session won't see the change. When you then Save, things can go really bad. The net result will in some cases be that all the PEMs end up empty. I have experienced this myself, and I think I saw it documented by one of the gurus.
