I hold Obama and his administration to the standard that he set when he first ran for president - the level of transparency he talked about.

You are correct, they "owned" the Libya situation by taking part in the action - but what people forget is how much we walked away from the situation after taking out their former leader. That's what created the opportunities for Al Q.
