We are having trouble with Visual FoxPro when working with our projects. Sometimes VFP just closes itself without showing any error message or warning, sometimes it shows a "Dr. Watson" error that says VFP.exe caused an access violation and closes VFP.
Sometimes it happens when closing a form, sometimes it happens suddenly, with no apparent reason.
It is something that is driving us crazy, any tips or suggestions will be appreciated.

P.S.: We work on a Windows NT Server 4.0 platform, with workstations under Windows NT WKS 4.0 (both with Service Pack 3 applied), Visual FoxPro Professional 5.0 and Visual Source Safe 4.0 for version control.
