Whenever I try to change a value in one of the fields in the view, I get a "Syntax error". I could browse the table and make changes to this field w/o any problem (it's just a free standing character field) but get this error when trying to change the value from a view based on this same table. The view doesn't use any other table but this one table (no joins) and has one parameter in the WHERE clause to pull-in just the subset. The recs selected by view is OK but I just can't edit anything on this one field! Very strange.

Anyone experienced this kind of problems before with views?
