This we get from Operations, we do not do it our self. They run a test train that has several sensors and produces all this data that we receive it in csv files that we use to populate SQL Server tables. But I do not know the details of how the data is actually captured.

For now they upload the defects they found, including the description and the photos, into SharePoint, then they send us the data that we put into SQL Server, in the future the idea (my idea actually, not sure if it will prosper) is to use SharePoint to store the defects directly into my database ditch their database altogether, so we skip the import process. Remember that all this is a work in progress, I am working on it as we speak, so things will probably change.
