Well, she has either broken the law or she hasn't.

The way we prosecute criminals here is to convene a grand jury and seek an indictment.

Talking about it, while fun, doesn't count.


If no prosecutor, for whatever reason, has indicted her.. you as a citizen can make a citizen's arrest.
