1. You made, and often make, categorical claims as if you sit on the board of MS. You don't so you believe things but don't necessarily know things about what MS do or don't do.
2. MS snoop by admission of their own privacy policies and EULA as well as by 3rd party investigation and observation.
3. I did not see anyone denying that Google or Apple snoop. This is an attempt to deflect the light off the MS-specific-point that someone in this thread brought up.
