You shoulds cry. If you argue that MS would never ever spy on governemnts order and you that as a fact, you know nothing. I'm realy to lazy to figure out the US law for you, I'm fine with knowing the pure fact.

And again distraction instead of argument. Ad nauseam. You are unable to follow an argument. It becomes boring.
I've just pointed out that your law allows such things. No argument that EU is not doing the same. Educated people know that all our law is subordinate(?) to the right of the US and the UK to spy on us. This is because a countrys law is allways subordinate to international treaties. Even if the mainstream media imagines an other picture.

>I'm laughing. No, really, I'm actually laughing outloud. You see over in your superior EU, telling ME that I should know the law of my own country?

>>>I can tell you that Microsoft is not freely giving things to the US government. You may be out of the news loop there in Germany, but Microsoft, Google, Apple, and other companies have repeatedly denied access to data without a court order.

>>By what proof? They are forced to do so , and they are forced to not talk about it with the same piece of paer. You should learn your law.
