For those of you that get Software Development Magazine (1/99), check out the awesome review that VFP 6 received. Here is one quote:

"Visual FoxPro 6.0 has developed into a worthy rival to Visual Basic when it comes to building Windows-based client/server and Internet database applications"...


Here is another good quote:

"FoxPro usergroups and newsgroups are some of the most active on the WWW. The online vFP technical support forum on the Universal Thread currently supports more than 16,000 members...

The big knock against VFP is that it's UI differs from the rest of Visual Studio....not a big deal IMHO...
