In this particular case it's not practical as it is an old very long and complex code that is eventually being re-written into .NET dll.
So what is the big deal? You pass a parameter object instead and at the top of the method, right after the LPARAMETERS startement, you unpack the properties of the object into the same variables that used to be passed. No other changes required...
