>>You'll get no argument from me about this. I am sure that you will get plenty of arguments and excuses from Bill and Victor ;)

So why attack the man rather than the presumably easily rebutted point? I'd take exception to this:

>>One was the "if you like your plan/doctor, you can keep it"

If people really want to characterize such statements as lies then we're surrounded by liars re the ACA. In this very thread there are liars who simply come up with a new lie as each previous effort is caught out. Alternatively perhaps it's not a lie to say what you believe that then turns out to be wrong. Perhaps it's the behavior of a smart honest person to respond to changing facts rather than sticking to your guns as if changing your mind is a fault. In Obama's case, Obamacare was called fascist but it was insufficiently fascist to force insurers to honor Obama's expectations. Perhaps he should have forced his expectations and braved the hollered criticisms of fascism from the same people who now call him a liar.

>> then lie regarding the attack of a poorly-secured US embassy (that took four American lives) on the anniversary of the greatest attack on U.S. soil - initiated by an affiliate of the original attackers.

You mean Benghazi? Did anybody learn from the bureaucratic bungle or are things just as bad (which would indeed be a scandal.)

>>These are facts. Ones which opponents of the R party are simply unwilling to acknowledge. It's all about intellectual honesty.

If it's about intellectual honesty then tell me why it's intellectually honest for anybody who brags about their assets to poke the bone at Obama and then accept Medicare when they know very well that their own systematic underfunding of the program in preference for accumulating personal assets, has created a 47T unfunded deficit for "somebody" to fund- most likely the kids of the immigrants that the accusers think should be expelled. Good luck with that.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
